Staff Technical Program Manager (AI Advertising)

Location: Menlo Park, California, United States. Compensation and benefits are specified for U.S.-based employees, with location-based pay regions across the United States.

Salary: $204,000–$255,000 USD per year for Region A, which includes the Menlo Park office.

What you will do

• Coordinate engineering, product, leadership, and stakeholder priorities, schedules, risks, and progress.
• Own cross-team technical initiatives from conception through completion.
• Create and manage roadmaps, release schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies across organizations.
• Lead security, privacy, compliance, operational excellence, and operational readiness initiatives.
• Establish scalable processes and improve engineering, product, and operational efficiency.
• Help grow the technical program management function.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management or engineering management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with software, cloud, or data engineering teams.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership, including C-level leaders.
• Experience managing projects, risks, dependencies, and release schedules across product, engineering, go-to-market, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies, best practices, and SDLC processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
