hirify.global' Global Banking and Markets division operates a loan management and asset management platform supporting mortgage loan trading and real estate finance activities.

What you will do

• Underwrite, manage, and oversee commercial real estate loans.
• Analyze investment opportunities, market sectors, property performance, and associated risks.
• Perform valuation analyses, due diligence, appraisal reviews, and operating cash flow forecasts.
• Manage and monitor portfolios of performing and distressed commercial real estate assets.
• Prepare transaction memos, quarterly business plan updates, market updates, and monthly reporting packages.
• Coordinate with property managers, vendors, borrowers, attorneys, credit risk managers, and internal real estate finance teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience originating or underwriting commercial real estate loans and/or managing performing or distressed assets.
• Experience valuing multiple commercial real estate property types, including multifamily, hospitality, retail, industrial, office, self-storage, and senior living.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong academic background and quantitative, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, manage deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience with ARGUS or Rockport cash flow modeling and forecasting.
