Capital Markets Senior Analyst (Real Estate Finance)

What you will do

• Support financing strategy, capital markets activities, and transaction execution through Excel modeling, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Build underwriting and financial models for debt financing structures, including covenant and key-term analysis.
• Monitor compliance with financing agreements, prepare covenant documentation, and maintain offering memoranda, term sheets, and financial reports.
• Manage monthly funding requests and related documentation requirements.
• Analyze market and macroeconomic indicators, strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and asset management decisions.
• Support FX and interest rate risk management, including hedging strategies, program execution, and monthly settlements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a strong academic record.
• Minimum 5 years of experience; financial modeling and real estate experience are preferred.
• Experience in investment banking, corporate banking, private equity, finance, and/or accounting is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of finance and accounting theory, including the ability to read and comprehend financial statements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with real estate and infrastructure debt financing structures, including securitizations.
