Investment Analyst (Summer 2027)

What you will do

• Analyze Ryan-owned and developed real estate projects and underwrite potential acquisitions.
• Model real estate issues, complex financial structures, and project cash flows using Argus and Excel.
• Evaluate and project cash flows for Ryan Funds and support fund reporting.
• Interpret loan, sale, and lease documents and gather, document, and archive financial analysis data.
• Prepare executive summaries and support the creation and targeted marketing of investment offerings.
• Support asset management, portfolio management, broker relationships, venture partners, investment bankers, and capital markets providers.

Requirements

• At least one year of financial analysis experience related to commercial real estate transactions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of Argus and Excel, including complex financial modeling.
• Understanding of the strengths and challenges of real estate projects.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, independent working, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Employment verification to work in the U.S. is required.
