Lead Software Development Engineer (CIAM, AI & Automation)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; hybrid work with two days per week in the office

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for Customer Identity & Access Management, Consent & Preference Management, and AI & Automation platforms.
• Design and build scalable cloud-native solutions using .NET, React, React Native, Kubernetes, Docker, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Guide identity and authorization architecture for web, mobile, machine-to-machine, and agentic AI use cases.
• Build AI-powered applications using OpenAI, large language models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector retrieval, and agent orchestration.
• Influence architecture decisions, maintain the technical backlog, collaborate with product management, architects, shared services, and vendors.
• Mentor engineers and improve automated testing, deployment frequency, production reliability, security, and incident resolution.

Requirements

• Hands-on development experience with .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, and React Native.
• Expertise in Auth0, CIAM, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, MFA, WebAuthn, API security, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipeline design, automated testing, automated security controls, scalability, and zero-trust principles.
• Experience integrating OpenAI and large language models, implementing RAG and vector-based retrieval, and designing AI agent architecture, orchestration, observability, security, and governance.
• 7–10 years of software development experience and 2–4 years leading multi-developer projects.
• Must be able to work in the United States and must not require visa sponsorship. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice to have

• Consent & Preference Management or Cassie experience.
• 2–4 years of experience as a lead or subject matter expert.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development, prompting techniques, and emerging generative AI capabilities.
