Technical Education Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid: in-office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays).

Salary: $118,000 – $147,000 per year.

What you will do

• Expand the technical education library by authoring rigorous Academy content and implementation guides.
• Serve as the technical face of Notion Academy through live workshops, webinars, and video walkthroughs.
• Experiment with new product features to identify high-value use cases for customer education.
• Reimagine learning experiences using AI to provide contextual, adaptive support.
• Measure the impact of technical education using product adoption signals to refine teaching standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City and able to work from the office on Anchor Days (Mon, Tue, Thu).
• Builder mindset with a hands-on approach to learning new product features.
• Ability to navigate technical architecture documentation and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Strong customer-facing credibility with experience in teaching or troubleshooting.
• Active experimentation with AI to build and teach technical proficiency.
• Experience in a technical role such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, or developer relations.
