Technical Educator (AI)

Location: New York City, United States. Hybrid schedule with office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $135,000–$180,000 per year.

What you will do

• Expand Notion’s technical education library with Academy content, implementation guides, and Help Center resources.
• Teach customers through video, live webinars, and workshops, demonstrating workflows and troubleshooting problems in real time.
• Explore new Notion capabilities, identify valuable customer use cases, and prioritize workflows for education.
• Experiment with adaptive and contextual AI-supported learning experiences.
• Measure the impact of technical education through product adoption signals and build reusable learning standards.

Requirements

• Hands-on, builder-oriented approach to learning and understanding product features.
• Ability to navigate technical content, evaluate architecture documentation, identify outdated information, and collaborate with engineers.
• Experience teaching, building, and troubleshooting in front of customers.
• Active use of AI for building, learning, and teaching technical proficiency.
• Ability to understand new product features, identify customer value, and translate capabilities into practical use cases.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, developer relations, or technical enablement.
