Talent Enablement Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Atlanta, Georgia, with four days per week in the office from Tuesday through Friday. Chicago, Illinois is also listed for compensation purposes.

Salary: $120,000–$136,600 annually in Atlanta or Chicago, including base salary and a portion of variable compensation tied to company and individual performance.

What you will do

• Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify capability gaps and design leadership, manager development, onboarding, and role-specific learning solutions.
• Own the full lifecycle of learning programs, including needs analysis, content design, facilitation, iteration, and measurement.
• Build accessible, scalable e-learning modules and blended learning experiences using authoring tools and digital platforms.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training for individual contributors and managers, adapting delivery to learner needs.
• Consult with HR business partners and stakeholders on enablement strategy, program adoption, and performance outcomes.
• Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, survey data, and business results while designing AI-powered workflows to accelerate content delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Enablement, Learning Experience Design, or a related people-development function.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering both in-person and e-learning programs.
• Strong slide-based content design, written communication, verbal communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Experience building e-learning content with authoring tools and using AI-native tools to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in the office four days per week, Tuesday through Friday.

Nice to have

• Experience in an instructional-design-focused role or a SaaS or technology company.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM-based content delivery.
• Knowledge of leadership development frameworks and experience designing programs for manager and executive audiences.
• Experience using analytics to measure and communicate program impact.
• Background in facilitation or instructional-design methodologies.
