Business Manager Credit Solutions Senior (Mortgage Banking)

Location: In office at 555 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, California, US 90071

Salary: $141,830–$263,408 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Partner with the Head of Credit Solutions on portfolio risk management, underwriting governance, division priorities, and strategy reviews.
• Synthesize data analysis, stakeholder input, project updates, and team feedback into recommendations and strategic materials.
• Organize leadership cadences, executive meetings, strategy offsites, and associate engagement events, including agendas, action tracking, and follow-through.
• Prepare board-level materials, executive presentations, communications, meeting summaries, and decision documentation.
• Oversee the Credit Solutions Operational Business Framework and lead initiatives that simplify processes, improve system enablement, and reduce operational complexity.
• Support financial and headcount planning, reporting, real estate space planning, budget tracking, and cross-functional updates with Finance, HR, and Communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, program or project management, or executive communications.
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into unified narratives and recommendations.
• Exceptional writing, presentation, storytelling, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, work independently, and align with leadership goals.
• Background in financial services, credit underwriting and management, banking, or corporate strategy is preferred.
