Mortgage Loan Officer (Mortgage)

Location: OH - Columbus (43215), United States; in-office role

Base salary: $37,440 per year, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and individual performance.

What you will do

• Recommend mortgage loan solutions aligned with lending guidelines and customer requirements.
• Manage customer relationships, prospect for new clients, and conduct sales calls.
• Develop loan solutions, refer relevant products and services, and review documentation for compliance.
• Manage the customer pipeline and coordinate mortgage transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze financial information from multifaceted and complex borrowers.

Requirements

• University or college degree with less than one year of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage products, banking products, loan origination, financial analysis, sales, and customer relationship management.
• Strong customer focus, communication, selling, scheduling, and risk-management skills.
• Must work in the Columbus, Ohio office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
• No required degree, certification, license, or language assessment is specified.
