Loan Sales Specialist

Location: Columbus, OH; on site. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with some extended weekday hours and occasional Saturdays.

Salary: $17.00–$20.00 per hour, plus performance-based additional compensation.

What you will do

• Listen to customer needs and provide tailored loan and financing solutions.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage loan servicing activities, including collections, while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Educate customers about loan terms, options, and optional insurance products.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Support individual and branch goals through responsive, empathetic, and results-oriented service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing customer and business needs.
• Strong communication skills and a goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to work on site in Columbus, Ohio during scheduled business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturdays.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.
