Branch Manager (Banking)

What you will do

• Manage all sales, service, operational, security, risk, and regulatory activities of the branch.
• Lead the team in achieving production goals and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen existing relationships.
• Develop new consumer and business customers through referrals, calling programs, and community relationships.
• Coach, recruit, hire, and develop colleagues while building internal partnerships across the bank.
• Monitor branch sales, service, operational, and financial performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, coaching, and process management.
• Ability to lead branch and digital-channel sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, colleague development, and relationship-building skills.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Full-time authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
