What you will do

• Monitor the existing Retail Business Banking loan portfolio and follow up with branch personnel on matured and paid loan reports.
• Recommend loan restructuring, collateral releases, and appropriate responses to loan modification requests.
• Maintain a monthly log of loan modification requests and prepare management updates.
• Support loan structuring and provide recommendations based on repayment capacity, creditworthiness, and collateral value.
• Answer commercial loan questions and resolve issues before loan terms are amended or modified.
• Manage daily business risks and comply with applicable regulatory requirements and company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS).
• At least 3 years of job-related experience.
• Excellent project management, communication, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software.
• Basic Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
