Customer Experience Center Program Manager - Marlborough, MA

Location: Onsite in Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States. Site-based role with less than 10% domestic and/or international travel.

Annual salary: $90,000–$95,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Coordinate customer visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and onsite engagement at the Customer Experience Center.
• Manage day-to-day center operations, ensuring displays, demonstrations, and facilities are ready and aligned with brand standards.
• Coordinate scheduling, visit logistics, and administrative workflows with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Applications, and other stakeholders.
• Manage marketing demo inventory and inbound and outbound shipments for events across North America.
• Collect customer feedback and visit metrics to support continuous improvement in center operations and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• More than 5 years of industry experience and working knowledge of upstream, downstream, and analytical/QA bioprocessing workflows.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse customer audiences.
• Exceptional organization skills and experience managing complex schedules and multiple stakeholders.
• High attention to detail when coordinating simultaneous inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience in biopharma, CDMO operations, scientific applications, product marketing, or technical sales.
• Familiarity with Cytiva’s product portfolio or adjacent technologies.
• Experience coordinating logistics, managing shipments, or working with carriers.
