Strategic Programs Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Northfield, Illinois, United States; travel within and outside the state may be required for up to 30% of working time.

Salary: $79,000–$119,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop and execute business strategies to grow assigned product programs.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to negotiate and close deals.
• Optimize contract and non-contract pricing to support product conversions and partner value.
• Lead marketing plans, including brand awareness, sales training materials, collateral, and pricing resources.
• Manage strategic relationships with vendor partners, including product samples, quotes, and recurring coordination.
• Present proposals and pitches, review monthly financial performance, and recommend solutions for negative sales trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, product management, sales, or clinical practice, preferably in healthcare.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for presentations, reporting, and complex data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, adapt to changing business conditions, and solve problems.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for business purposes.
