Base compensation: $120,300–$222,600 per year, plus eligibility for a company bonus and other incentive compensation.

What you will do

  • Manage federal and state government reporting programs, including Transparency reporting and CMS submissions.
  • Coordinate reporting obligations and related systems, including ITR and REMS processes.
  • Plan, track, and document projects, reporting timelines, assumptions, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Implement automation and data-quality improvements, including data cleansing and loading during peak reporting periods.
  • Monitor policy, contract-template, regulatory, and enforcement updates and communicate significant changes to leadership.
  • Support remediation, corrective actions, lessons learned, RACI documentation, and cross-functional compliance initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least six years of relevant work experience, including program management in a corporate environment.
  • Required experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, information technology, or medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines, including the PhRMA Code, Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, and Spend Transparency.
  • Experience with project management software and methodologies, cross-functional facilitation, and working under tight timelines.
  • Strong communication, planning, organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills, with a high standard of ethics and integrity.

Nice to have

  • Privacy or compliance program experience.
  • Knowledge of Transparency-related systems and technology.
  • General understanding of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and product-related practices.
