Manager, Experience & Innovation Center (Water Technology)

Location: Washington D.C., District of Columbia, United States

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year plus bonus

What you will do

• Own the Center for Intelligent Water strategy, operating model, roadmap, goals, and success metrics.
• Lead executive briefings and customer engagement experiences that strengthen relationships and accelerate opportunities.
• Measure utilization, customer satisfaction, engagement outcomes, and business impact using customer feedback and engagement data.
• Develop standards, processes, and governance for consistent, high-quality customer engagements.
• Align Sales, Marketing, Product, Innovation, Brand, and Executive Leadership around Center priorities.
• Manage operating budgets, resource planning, vendor relationships, and long-term capability development.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in executive briefing centers, customer experience programs, enterprise marketing, or related fields.
• Experience working with senior leaders and executive customers.
• Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, program leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong ownership, accountability, problem-solving ability, and effectiveness in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
