Warehouse Team Lead (DAYS)

Location: New Albany, Ohio, United States; onsite warehouse role

Salary: $52,000–$84,000 per year, plus potential annual performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead daily warehouse shift activities, assign work, set priorities, track performance, communicate expectations, and take corrective action.
• Train, mentor, and cross-train team members on equipment, processes, and operating procedures.
• Promote safety, PPE use, standard work, and participation in departmental safety programs.
• Troubleshoot routine manufacturing equipment issues, collaborate with maintenance, and cover technician duties when needed.
• Drive root-cause problem-solving and continuous improvement using Autonomous Maintenance, 5-S, CIL, Centerlines, and Rapid Change Over.
• Maintain GMP- and SOP-compliant records, audit-ready areas, warehouse cleanliness, and material distribution for internal and external customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Powered Industrial Truck Certification for sit-down forklifts and motorized pallet jacks.
• At least three years of experience in the assigned area, preferably in a lead or coordinator role.
• Proficient English required for reading instructions, maintaining records, training employees, and communicating directions.
• Mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and knowledge of cGMP safety practices in an industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of MRP, WMS, radio frequency systems, Microsoft Excel, and Word.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of JD Edwards MRP systems.
• Experience with production goals and performance objectives.
