Supervisor, Warehouse & Materials (Day Shift) (Biomanufacturing)

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio, USA; onsite day shift from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on a 2-2-3 schedule

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise receiving, storage, staging, material issuance, shipping, and other daily warehouse operations.
• Lead, coach, schedule, and develop warehouse and materials personnel, including performance management and training.
• Coordinate material availability with production schedules and assign operational priorities.
• Use SAP to manage inventory transactions, material movements, adjustments, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, SOPs, safety standards, PPE, gowning procedures, and audit-readiness expectations.
• Lead investigations, CAPAs, deviations, change actions, KPI reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives involving Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Engineering.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading others in a regulated or cGMP environment.
• Leadership experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Experience in warehouse operations or supply chain.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs, work at heights up to 20 ft, operate vehicles and moving machinery, and use PPE.
• Ability to work with physical activities including standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and repetitive motion.
• Work authorization or visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
