Team Leader, Warehouse (Medical Devices)

Location: Skaneateles, New York, United States; onsite warehouse role

Salary: $52,800–$72,600 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Coordinate warehouse associates, daily assignments, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency.
• Lead team meetings, provide mentorship, monitor performance, and support onboarding, cross-training, and professional development.
• Manage receiving, storing, distributing, auditing, and documenting inventory in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform SAP transactions, maintain inventory records, track stock levels, generate reports, and train staff on SAP processes.
• Monitor product quality, implement quality-control procedures, identify discrepancies, and apply corrective actions.
• Operate powered industrial trucks, load and unload materials, and maintain compliance with EHS, GMP, FDA, legal, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the medical-device or healthcare industry.
• Experience managing stockroom operations, conducting quality-assurance checks, and maintaining inventory records.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, time-management, and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications preferred.
• OSHA 10 training and Certified Train the Trainer certification in stockroom procedures and safety protocols required within the first 90 days.
• Certification to train and operate Class I, Class II, and Class III equipment in the department; must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
