Warehouse Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA; onsite role

Salary: $90,720–$102,060 annual base salary, plus a 12.5% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise and develop approximately 14 forklift operators and coordinate plant warehouse activities.
• Maintain safe, secure, organized warehouse operations and support safety inspections, meetings, and accident investigations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, customer releases, transportation, bills of lading, and finished-product and scrap shipments.
• Manage inventory accuracy and appropriate stock levels across internal, external, and customer warehouse locations.
• Coordinate packaging inventory with sort houses and demand planners to support continuous production.
• Provide material-handling support to plant departments and occasional off-shift coverage for a 24-hour manufacturing operation.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or related leadership experience.
• Experience managing inventory across multiple warehouse locations in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems for inventory and logistics, such as Oracle, QAD, or SAP.
• Familiarity with HAZMAT shipping requirements, DOT, and RCRA; prior forklift experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of management.
