Lab Equipment Technician I - Air Dept.

Location: USA-CA-Anaheim. The role works in an office, laboratory, and/or warehouse environment; the description also references the Deer Park, TX laboratory.

Salary: $20–$22 per hour, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Operate, maintain, clean, certify, and repair environmental sampling equipment.
• Prepare, calibrate, certify, and repair air sampling equipment.
• Ship, receive, and process equipment requests and client samples.
• Track inventory across multiple sites and maintain organized fulfillment records.
• Maintain clean laboratory areas and support laboratory operations.
• Follow quality assurance, health and safety, and other operational policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong MS Office, mechanical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively and use tools daily.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs routinely and manipulate smaller items throughout the day.
• Ability to stand and move for approximately 80% or more of the shift.
• Ability to work in an onsite office, laboratory, and/or warehouse environment, including occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of general laboratory practices and laboratory safety.
• Database or LIMS experience.
• Warehouse and/or shipping and receiving experience.
