Customer Support Specialist (Automotive)

Location: Remote - Illinois; US work authorization required

Salary: $41,500–$49,800 per year

What you will do

• Develop expertise in hirify.global products and services and share that knowledge with customers.
• Support dealers, consumers, and internal customers with product and service inquiries.
• Track and document customer inquiries and resolutions in Salesforce.
• Identify and escalate issues to Tier 2 Support, Product, and Technical Support teams.
• Meet individual and team service-level goals while supporting Customer Support and Operations activities.

Requirements

• Customer-focused approach, empathy, professionalism, and accountability for issue resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively, learn quickly, adapt to change, and work independently.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows; greater technical aptitude is preferred.
• Prior customer service or service-industry experience preferred; a college degree or at least one year of work experience required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
