Operations Enablement Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Manage AI project intake, evaluate use cases, coordinate prioritization, and track initiative outcomes.
• Guide teams in selecting and adopting AI and generative AI tools in line with governance standards.
• Develop AI playbooks, training materials, intake processes, evaluation frameworks, and internal guidance.
• Design, integrate, test, and improve operational processes across products, teams, and systems.
• Partner with Product, IT, Operations, and third-party providers to operationalize launches and system changes.
• Communicate process changes and project updates to stakeholders from individual contributors to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, project management, or a related field.
• Experience designing and implementing business processes across cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI and generative AI tools and the ability to evaluate practical use cases.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and independent execution skills.
• Experience with Salesforce; familiarity with workflow and process automation tools is beneficial.

• Experience with AI project governance, intake coordination, or internal AI enablement programs.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, generative AI workflow design, or AI tool evaluation frameworks.
• Experience in automotive, marketplace, or dealer technology industries.
• Experience working with customers or external partners during process rollouts.
