Salary: $116,000–$159,500 per year

What you will do

• Prepare project plans and drive projects from conception and planning through implementation.
• Manage project schedules, task details, tracking reports, checklists, and scheduling software.
• Coordinate divisional resources, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Drive equipment cost and schedule performance for internal and external customers and vendors worldwide.
• Participate in multifunctional design teams and provide technical input to achieve project goals.
• Identify project complications, develop solutions, and coordinate objectives, status updates, releases, and deployments.

Requirements

• Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized discipline or field.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices.
• Experience leading functional teams or projects with moderate resources, risk, or complexity.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to identify innovative solutions.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work in Benicia, California, with 10% travel.
