Ramp Program Manager (Technical Program Management Focus) (Semiconductor Equipment)

Location: Boise, ID, United States — on-site; travel required 25% of the time; relocation eligible.

Salary: $108,000–$148,500 per year.

What you will do

• Lead semiconductor equipment ramp programs from installation through customer qualification and transition to high-volume manufacturing.
• Own execution plans, schedules, milestones, readiness trackers, metrics, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Coordinate engineering, field service, manufacturing, business unit, and customer teams around commitments and priorities.
• Lead startup readiness reviews, pre-flight reviews, execution reviews, and action-item closure.
• Identify risks, coordinate mitigation plans, escalate critical issues, and provide executive status visibility.
• Drive lessons learned and operational improvements for future ramp programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, operations, manufacturing, engineering project management, or semiconductor equipment environments.
• Experience managing schedules, action-item tracking, risk management, executive reporting, and complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive execution and accountability across teams without direct authority.
• Ability to work on-site in Boise, Idaho, with 25% travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment, process engineering, or fab operations.
• Experience supporting fab startups, technology transitions, or production ramp programs.
• Familiarity with equipment qualification, installation, or manufacturing readiness processes.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or related project/program management certification.
