Maintenance Planner (CMMS)

Location: On-site in Framingham, MA

Salary: $136,000–$176,000 per year

What you will do

• Administer and own the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Create and maintain the master schedule for calibration and maintenance of facility utility systems and equipment.
• Coordinate vendor-related maintenance activities, including scheduling, safety training, and work permits.
• Process, track, and trend maintenance and metrology work orders within a GxP environment.
• Manage inventory for critical spare parts to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Support Quality Management Systems activities, including audits, investigations, and CAPAs.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning and CMMS.
• Minimum of 3 years of applicable GxP experience.
• Undergraduate degree, trade school, or equivalent military experience (Bachelor’s in engineering preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
