Fulfillment Operations Manager (Healthcare)

Location: New York, New York, United States, or Princeton, New Jersey, United States; hybrid schedule with two days per week on-site

Salary: $97,500–$127,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage fulfillment performance across pharmacy and third-party logistics partners, including service-level adherence and issue resolution.
• Oversee medication order tickets involving shipment delays, lost or damaged packages, address changes, and replacement orders.
• Coordinate communication among patients, Care Coordinators, pharmacy representatives, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams.
• Maintain SKU-level inventory visibility, support reconciliation, forecast demand, manage replenishment, and coordinate inventory transfers.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improve inventory, fulfillment, and operational strategies.
• Support new product launches and evaluate tools such as inventory management or ERP-lite systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, fulfillment, pharmacy, or healthcare operations.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and identifying operational trends.
• Proficiency with pharmacy, supply chain, inventory management, or digital healthcare systems.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and a thorough understanding of HIPAA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with medical professionals, pharmacy representatives, patients, and internal teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulated products such as supplements or pharmaceuticals.
• Experience working with vendors, compounding pharmacies, CPG, direct-to-consumer health, telemedicine, or fast-scaling eCommerce operations.
