Senior Manager Operations (Distribution)

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA; onsite distribution-center role. Primarily day shift with flexibility for evenings, nights, weekends, and travel as needed.

Salary: $110,981–$141,123 per year

What you will do

• Manage daily operations for an assigned distribution-center area.
• Lead staff selection, training, cross-training, development, and performance reviews.
• Set departmental goals and maintain customer-service standards.
• Resolve operational issues with the distribution-center head and supervisors.
• Plan and launch distribution processes and strategies with senior management.
• Manage budgets, improve CPU/CPL, and maintain a zero-error operating environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Five years of experience supervising at least 25 employees in a high-volume distribution center.
• Five years of experience with a Warehouse Management System.
• Three years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to perform frequent warehouse physical activities, including lifting up to 60 pounds and pushing up to 70 pounds of force.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and tolerate a wide range of temperatures.
