Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Investor Services)

Location: Jersey City or Boston, United States; hybrid with a minimum of three days in the office

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 base salary annually, plus annual bonus target

What you will do

• Advise senior business leaders on organizational, talent, and workforce priorities.
• Translate business objectives into people strategies that support growth, performance, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, restructuring, transformation, and succession planning initiatives.
• Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, compensation, leadership, and complex employee relations matters.
• Lead talent, leadership development, change management, and HR transformation initiatives.
• Use workforce analytics, metrics, and insights to measure impact and improve organizational performance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders and complex organizations in financial services.
• Demonstrated success influencing executive stakeholders and leading organizational change.
• Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and change management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes.
• Proven ability to use analytics and insights to support decisions and measure impact.
• Exceptional communication, consulting, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
