USAC Applications Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Maplewood, Minnesota or Hutchinson, Minnesota, at least 4 days per week. Up to 5% domestic travel. Relocation assistance is not authorized.

Compensation: $109,202–$133,469 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Consult with USAC Applications leadership on long-term application and IT strategy.
• Support short-term IT strategy and operating plans for multiple manufacturing plants.
• Contribute to IT budgets, technology standards, processes, and plant-level policies.
• Coordinate and communicate application activities, resources, and requirements across multiple plants.
• Support diverse IT projects and project teams, including configurable purchased software implementations.
• Provide subject-matter expertise across a broad spectrum of applications and manufacturing systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus six years of IT or Supply Chain experience, or a completed bachelor's degree or higher plus two years of relevant experience.
• At least two years of experience with Microsoft SQL.
• Experience in IT or Supply Chain within a public, private, or military environment.
• Strong communication, documentation, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and project-planning skills.
• Ability to work across a matrixed organization, manage multiple priorities, and maintain working relationships remotely.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Expertise with manufacturing systems and working knowledge of networking, servers and storage, applications, data warehousing, service, and support.
• Two years of experience with PMCS NT/OPRA NT, IMES, PowerBuilder, and project management.
• Experience implementing configurable purchased software solutions.
• Knowledge of hirify.global and IT business areas, change management, conflict resolution, and plant policies.
