Associate IT Analyst (Enterprise Architecture)

Location: Hybrid role based in Andover, Massachusetts, United States; primarily office-based with occasional travel or onsite support.

Salary: $60,000–$90,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

hirify.global is hiring an Associate IT Analyst to support its IT Enterprise Architecture team.

What you will do

• Collect, validate, organize, and maintain information about applications, business processes, integrations, data flows, and technology dependencies.
• Support the administration, data quality, and improvement of enterprise architecture repositories and tools, including LeanIX.
• Analyze application portfolios to identify opportunities for standardization, consolidation, modernization, and risk reduction.
• Create and maintain application inventories, process flows, architecture diagrams, technology roadmaps, and business capability maps.
• Support architecture governance by documenting decisions, tracking action items, and maintaining governance records.
• Prepare reports, presentations, metrics, dashboards, technology research, and summaries for architecture reviews and technology planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, engineering, business technology, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of applications, databases, system integrations, cloud computing, networking, software development lifecycles, IT operations, and technology platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational, and information-management skills.
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid, primarily office-based role in Andover, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• Exposure to enterprise architecture concepts, frameworks, or methodologies.
• Knowledge of business process modeling, application lifecycle management, or technology governance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, and analytics solutions.
