Engineer, Performance Management (OneStream)

Location: Washington, DC; in-office 4 days per week

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 base salary per year, plus benefits and potential annual discretionary incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and ongoing evolution of the OneStream Cloud Enterprise Performance Management platform.
• Lead the migration from OneStream On-Prem to OneStream SaaS, including upgrades, release planning, adoption, and post-migration optimization.
• Evaluate and deploy OneStream capabilities such as Genesis, AI Studio, Dynamic Cube Services, BI Designer, and Productivity Pack.
• Design enterprise integrations, platform automation, and cloud-based solutions for Finance processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of internal and managed-services consultants while managing vendors and implementation partners.
• Identify and deploy AI capabilities that improve Finance processes and enterprise platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience, including 3+ years of hands-on OneStream experience.
• Experience implementing, administering, enhancing, and migrating OneStream SaaS or other EPM/CPM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of financial close, consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, REST APIs, ETL, middleware, SQL, relational databases, GitHub, CI/CD, automated deployments, and Agile delivery.
• Experience leading technical teams and supporting SOX-regulated financial applications, security controls, audit trails, and enterprise governance.

Nice to have

• AWS or Azure, SQL Server, Python, Power BI, GitHub Enterprise, React, FastAPI, PeopleSoft, Anaplan, Snowflake, and AI or machine learning platforms.
