Personal Banker (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY, United States. Onsite banking and client account servicing duties.

Salary: $60,720–$91,080 USD per year, plus potential discretionary bonus and equity component.

What you will do

• Execute client account servicing requests, including wires, fund transfers, account openings and closures, documentation, record maintenance, and issue research.
• Handle cash transactions, paying and receiving activities, and daily balancing in accordance with banking procedures.
• Coordinate with relationship management and client service teams to obtain information and complete requests accurately.
• Apply wealth management risk management, compliance, and banking operations policies, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of banking applications, products, services, and client technology.
• Monitor banking reports, support audits, and assist with safe deposit box servicing where available.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of federal regulations, banking guidelines, banking operations, products, and services is preferred.
• Strong client service, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
