Salary: $59,085–$99,485 per year, with potential variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards.

What you will do

• Lead branch performance and grow primary client relationships, deposits, loans, and non-interest income.
• Coach, train, and develop branch employees in sales behaviors, business development, and client engagement.
• Manage talent processes, including hiring, performance evaluations, staff development, disciplinary actions, and succession planning.
• Deliver a high-quality client experience and resolve branch operation or client satisfaction issues.
• Identify and mitigate reputational, regulatory, employee, and client risks while maintaining operational excellence.
• Complete special projects and maintain compliance with applicable banking policies, laws, and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• At least 6 years of overall branch sales experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees, prioritize competing demands, drive results, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work at the Rockaway Park, New York branch location.
