Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: Washington, Illinois, at the Freedom Parkway branch; in-office role

Salary: $70,125–$116,875 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and financial results.
• Use consultative sales and business development activities to grow consumer and business relationships.
• Coach employees to deliver differentiated, technology-enabled customer experiences across omnichannel interactions.
• Attract, onboard, retain, and develop branch team members while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and resolve customer issues to make banking easier.

Requirements

• Ability to work in-office at the Washington, Illinois, Freedom Parkway branch.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and people management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, make decisions, and achieve results.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state and pass required background checks.
• No university degree or required professional certification is specified.
