Wastewater Treatment Engineer - Entry Level

Location: Remote for candidates residing in Wisconsin. Candidates residing in Alaska, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Puerto Rico cannot be hired at this time. Candidates willing to relocate should indicate this in the application.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Support the planning, design, and construction of wastewater treatment infrastructure projects.
• Develop solutions to wastewater treatment and conveyance challenges.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Help deliver project solutions for municipal, state, federal, and industrial clients.
• Build and strengthen client relationships with experienced project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and regulations.
• Previous engineering internship experience, preferably in wastewater.
• Strong interest in wastewater or water treatment, supported by relevant coursework.
• Experience with the design and construction of wastewater treatment projects.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Wastewater-specific internship or project experience.
• Experience with municipal, state, federal, or industrial wastewater treatment projects.
