Salary: $42,000–$55,000 annual salary, plus eligibility for annual bonuses

What you will do

• Manage and monitor timely payments for accounts in an assigned region.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through responsive service.
• Investigate and verify return premiums to expedite processing.
• Use multiple communication methods to collect late payments.
• Handle additional projects within the assigned portfolio.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of collections experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles or finance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Northbrook, Illinois.
