Treasury Operations Associate I

Location: Weston, Florida, United States; weekly check deposit processing on site in Weston

Salary: $16.97–$24.37 per hour, with potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Validate and approve daily banking transactions in line with bank deadlines and company policies.
• Process ACH credits, ACH debits, freeform and repetitive wires, drawdown wires, and tax payments.
• Confirm that banking transactions are received and processed accurately and on time by banking partners.
• Trace payments, collect transaction confirmations, and handle general banking inquiries.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly process reports.
• Process check deposits weekly on site in Weston and support treasury operations projects.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of treasury or corporate banking experience.
• Ability to work in an organized, proactive, and independent manner while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate work.
• Ability to work varying hours based on business needs.
• Strong communication, customer service, analytical, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• At least one year of tax, payroll, accounting, banking, or customer service experience.
• Experience with payroll tax filing systems.
• Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree, business certification, or equivalent work experience.
