Senior Project Manager (Data Center Construction)

Location: Shreveport, Louisiana, United States; onsite at the job site or another STACK facility five days per week.

What you will do

• Coordinate contractors, vendors, internal teams, and project communications for data center construction projects.
• Organize project plans, budgets, schedules, RFPs, documentation, and construction reports from initiation through closeout.
• Manage contract financials, payment applications, change orders, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor agreements.
• Oversee design, permitting, constructability reviews, value engineering, site observation, QA/QC, safety, and commissioning activities.
• Review and update construction schedules, analyze project data, and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead project meetings, client relations, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring of STACK team members.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a comprehensive background screening.
• Five to ten years of experience in construction, project management consulting, real estate development, design, or engineering.
• Experience with ground-up, core and shell, sitework, utilities, and fit-out construction; strong data center technical knowledge.
• Knowledge of AIA contracts, construction schedules, budgets, payment applications, lien releases, subcontracts, insurance, and scopes of work.
• Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, plus familiarity with Bluebeam, BIM platforms, and construction software such as Procore, MS Project, Power BI, and NetSuite.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, analytical, and prioritization skills with the ability to work under pressure.
