Senior Technical Project Manager (Automation)

What you will do

• Lead regional automation design, engineering, programming, and software delivery for new and existing data center projects.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, technical deliverables, milestones, and stakeholder relationships across design, engineering, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Coordinate with Engineers of Record, Design Systems Integrators, automation construction partners, internal engineering teams, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership for automation design, system integration, commissioning, issue mitigation, and quality control.
• Coordinate factory witness testing, software bench testing, and onsite point-to-point activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, including RFIs, transmittals, submittals, change requests, project plans, and status updates.

Requirements

• 6–7+ years of experience in Building Management System design, integration, commissioning, or technical leadership.
• 6–7+ years of data center or mission-critical project experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret construction plans, drawings, sketches, and specifications.
• Experience with PLC/SCADA application engineering, instrumentation and controls, and technical project management.
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, and MS SharePoint.
• Ability to work onsite in Shackelford County, Texas, with expected travel of approximately 25%.

Nice to have

• Allen-Bradley and Ignition experience.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with Procore and CxAlloy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
