Senior Technical Project Manager (Automation)

Location: Onsite in Shackelford County, Texas

What you will do

• Lead automation design and engineering projects that align with business vision, strategy, and deployment.
• Manage technical project scopes, schedules, and stakeholder relations across regions.
• Oversee automation deliverables including specifications, IFCs, SOOs, PLC, and SCADA to maintain critical milestones.
• Coordinate Factory Witness Tests (FWT), software bench testing, and on-site point-to-point checks for various projects.
• Collaborate with Engineers of Record (EOR) and Design Systems Integrators to ensure technical feasibility and quality.

Requirements

• 6-7+ years of experience in Building Management System (BMS) design, integration, commissioning, or technical leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Shackelford County, TX.
• Proficiency with PLC/SCADA application engineering, specifically with Allen-Bradley and Ignition.
• 6-7+ years of experience in Data Center or Mission Critical projects.
• Ability to interpret construction plans, drawings, sketches, and specifications.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Nice to have

• BS in Engineering or Construction Management fields.
• PMP certification.
• Experience in instrumentation and controls (I&C).
• Experience with Procore and CxAlloy.
