Senior Manager (Mission Critical/Data Center)

Location: Brownsville, Wisconsin corporate office, with travel to project sites across the United States required 50% of the time

What you will do

• Plan, monitor, and manage strategic projects and programs from inception through completion.
• Secure project resources and manage budgets, risks, changes, and formal project processes.
• Lead mission-critical and data center projects involving medium-voltage duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, and campus distribution systems.
• Provide direction and leadership while maintaining strong project organization and communication.
• Manage project success and profitability within the assigned region.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with medium-voltage duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, or campus distribution systems for data centers.
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera or HCSS.
• Ability to travel 50% to project sites across the United States.
• Valid driver license for the vehicles driven and an acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced licenses or certifications.
