Construction Project Manager - Major Capital Equipment Coordination (Critical Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Coordinate major capital equipment end to end, from procurement and order placement through delivery, installation, commissioning, and ready-for-service handover.
• Serve as the onsite interface between Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Design, Commercial teams, and equipment suppliers.
• Manage supplier coordination, issue resolution, schedules, field support, and commissioning readiness across multiple equipment packages.
• Escalate equipment-related risks, delays, defects, resource constraints, and supplier performance issues.
• Ensure vendors have the technicians, parts, spares, documentation, resources, and site access needed for installation and commissioning.
• Connect commercial and field execution functions while working within the Procurement organization and alongside construction delivery teams.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating complex equipment packages through the full project lifecycle.
• Technical understanding of MEP systems, critical infrastructure equipment, or data center systems.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, communication, presentation, and accountability-driving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related construction field; equivalent experience and education may be considered.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
• Ability to work primarily onsite in Hampton, Georgia.
