Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Breinigsville, Pennsylvania, USA; onsite role with varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $78,600–$102,200 annually

What you will do

• Lead shift execution to maintain product quality, equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and workplace safety.
• Coordinate maintenance and production priorities, assign actions, follow up on completion, and escalate issues when needed.
• Coach, onboard, train, and develop associates while building accountability and problem-solving capability.
• Collaborate with department leaders, incoming shift leaders, and cross-functional partners to keep production on schedule.
• Deliver KPIs for people, quality, safety, service, cost, throughput, and on-time, in-full shipping.
• Reduce waste and downtime, improve productivity, manage staff scheduling, and use operational applications including SOMAX, Rever, Shift Guides, and Intelex.

Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment; food industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; a college degree or some college preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read English and accurately follow written procedures.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, varied shifts, off ground level with proper safety equipment, and in non-air-conditioned conditions.
• Strong organization, planning, communication, decision-making, leadership, and continuous improvement skills.
