Plant Engineering Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Cordova, Illinois, United States; onsite plant role. Travel may include up to 10% domestic or international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Salary: $109,202–$133,469 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance employees and contractor resources.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance for plant facilities and equipment.
• Identify and support initiatives that improve equipment reliability and effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance to site personnel and communicate project or program status to stakeholders.
• Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least three years of manufacturing experience, or a high school diploma or higher and at least six years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience must be from a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Experience with manufacturing maintenance or reliability, project management, and electrical or mechanical operations is relevant to the role.
• Knowledge of environmental and regulatory compliance, NFPA, and OSHA standards.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• U.S. person status may be assessed because of U.S. export-control requirements.

Nice to have

• Engineering or a related technical degree.
• Five years of manufacturing maintenance or reliability experience.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing technicians and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing contractors.
• Certified Reliability Leader, Certified Maintenance Manager, Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional, RE, or CAMA certification.
