Inbound Sales Consultant (Printing Supplies)

Location: Remote, Nebraska

Salary: $19.00–$19.25 per hour, plus eligibility for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.

What you will do

• Handle inbound sales calls from small businesses and identify sales opportunities through consultative conversations.
• Cross-sell promotional items, print marketing, business supplies, and additional services.
• Uncover stated and unstated customer needs and connect them to meaningful solutions.
• Process accurate orders while navigating multiple PC-based order systems.
• Manage a high volume of daily customer inquiries while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Meet monthly revenue, customer experience, and time-management performance metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills developed in retail or call-center environments.
• Ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and leadership.
• Strong creative problem-solving and active-listening skills.
• Ability to learn and use Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365 in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be located in Nebraska for this remote position.
