What you will do

• Source candidates across junior, senior, and leadership levels for tech and non-tech roles.
• Build talent pipelines primarily across the US, LATAM, and other Americas markets.
• Develop sourcing strategies for challenging and niche positions.
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray search, job boards, databases, and professional communities.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and follow-ups.
• Conduct talent mapping, market research, profile evaluation, initial screening, and accurate ATS maintenance.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of hands-on sourcing experience; international-market experience is advantageous.
• Experience sourcing tech and/or non-tech roles.
• Strong interest in AI and practical experience using AI tools for sourcing, recruiting, research, or everyday workflows.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken, for daily interaction with international candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong research, organization, attention-to-detail, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, and continuously improve sourcing methods.
