Expert Solution Developer (AWS)

What you will do

• Design technical strategies and complex solutions for hirify.global client applications and integrations.
• Configure and tune hirify.global and third-party software, develop automation, and write custom application code.
• Lead code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and solution maintenance.
• Coordinate implementation work across multiple developers and provide level-of-effort estimates.
• Respond to client and stakeholder issues while identifying improvements, innovation opportunities, and best practices.
• Mentor less experienced developers and provide expertise in hirify.global technologies and application development tools.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with real-time solutions on AWS, coding and application development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, AWS Aurora Database, and Amazon CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of software development languages, relational database principles, and application performance troubleshooting.
• Experience with operating systems, Linux/Unix commands, and Linux/Unix file management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for working with development and project teams.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or relevant industry certification.
• Experience with Java, VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL/PL-SQL, C/C++, Ab Initio, Perl, shell scripting, XML, HTML, PHP/MySQL, AWK/SED, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Oracle or other database management systems and industry-standard solution practices.
