Sr. Project Manager (AI)

Location: Opportunity to be based in the Denver, Colorado office; position is associated with the United States.

Salary: $108,000–$136,800 USD base salary annually for exceptional talent based in Colorado. Bonus, equity, and benefits are not included.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end deployment projects for Enterprise customers, from kickoff through launch and adoption.
• Lead implementations of hirify.global products, integrations, devices, and AI-powered capabilities.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and project hours across multiple concurrent implementations.
• Lead customer meetings, establish accountability, manage escalations and changes, and communicate solutions and tradeoffs to executives.
• Deliver administrator training, coordinate integrations and device provisioning, and troubleshoot complex implementation issues with technical teams.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Customer Success, Support, Product, Account Management, and Sales to transition customers into long-term success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with SaaS products and implementations.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, telecommunications, or Enterprise SaaS.
• Experience leading complex, multi-phase Enterprise SaaS implementations for Fortune 1000 or similarly complex organizations.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent customer projects with strong governance, documentation, risk management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead executive-level customer conversations and consult with C-level executives and senior leadership.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar project tracking platforms, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Jira, and other cloud-based business platforms.
