Implementation Manager (Bilingual)

Salary: $70,000–$78,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage onboarding projects for newly signed clients.
• Evaluate product and feature usage and coordinate engagement through a structured onboarding process.
• Schedule, host, and execute onboarding meetings and live remote trainings for client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience throughout implementation.
• Use sales-process pain points and client use cases to support implementation planning and optimization.
• Build product and clinical research knowledge through internal resources, support shadowing, and self-directed learning.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in implementation, professional services with software technology, or clinical research.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong PC/Mac skills and proficiency with Office Suite or G Suite tools.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team responsibilities and goals.
• Familiarity with live chat, Slack, and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Work authorization or residence in the United States is required for this remote role.

Nice to have

• BA/BS degree.
• Experience with Looker.
• Prior experience in healthcare, SaaS, clinical research, or academia.
• Bilingual English/Spanish language skills.
