What you will do

• Manage inbound calls from prospective clients interested in debt settlement and consolidation.
• Provide consultative financial advice and recommend suitable program options based on client needs.
• Perform prompt lead follow-up and outreach via phone and email to maintain the sales pipeline.
• Document all client interactions and track lead progress within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to achieve performance goals and share market insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Tagalog is required.
• Experience working with CRM systems and customer management software.
• Ability to work during U.S. Business Hours.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
